We are delighted to announce that we are currently accepting new patients at our practice.
To register as a patient with us, we have made the process simple and convenient. You can either fill out our online pre-registration form by visiting our website or personally visit our practice to collect a registration form. Here's the link to our online form: https://www.colbymedical.nhs.uk/new-patients
Once you have completed the registration, our dedicated team will handle the transfer of your medical records from your previous practice.
We will then contact you via telephone to schedule an appointment for your initial consultation as a new patient. During this appointment, we will assess your health and provide valuable advice to help you maintain your well-being.
We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we offer both face-to-face and telephone appointments. You can easily book an appointment for the same day or up to 14 days in advance. Our average wait time for a GP appointment is just 24 hours, ensuring that you receive prompt care when needed. If you are housebound we havr a range of options to ensure you continue to receive care including home visits from our dedicated GPs.
If you require a prescription, simply request it online via our website, https://www.colbymedical.nhs.uk/prescriptions, via email, Colby.medicalcentre@nhs.net or using the NHS app. Furthermore, all our appointments are scheduled for a duration of 15 minutes. This allows more time for you to discuss your concerns with our clinicians, as we understand that there may be multiple issues to address when you're not feeling your best. We want to ensure that you receive the comprehensive care and attention you deserve.
