Who wants to join me for a traditional Hatha Yoga session next week?

I've been invited to do a class next Wednesday 10th September at Roby Community Centre. It's a great place so it will be lovely to practice there together. Please bring your own mat unless you'd prefer to do the practice on a chair.

We've just had a lovely Friday chair yoga at St Agnes church hall. Thanks to everyone who came, it was lovely to see you all.
