Residents at Charnley House have been enjoying some lovely activities recently, including making cheesecake, playing Giant Connect 4 and Jenga, plus a relaxing visit from the hairdresser.

It’s always wonderful to see everyone getting involved, having fun, and enjoying time together.

Happy Valentine’s Day from Charnley House 💗🎶

Our residents have been keeping busy with jigsaws, wordsearches, Valentine’s colouring for cards & a lounge display, plus plenty of tasty treats! Baking a cake, making chocolate cupcakes for National Chocolate Cake Day, and even homemade pizza for National Pizza Day 🍰🧁🍕

We also enjoyed welcoming some new residents into our Charnley House family.

We had a very special visitor before Christmas… the Grinch himself! 💚🎁 Despite his usual grumpy reputation, he brought nothing but laughter, hugs, chocolates, and a sprinkle of festive mischief to our residents. 🥰🍫✨

Our residents have had a fantastic month full of fun and creativity! From friendly games of dominoes during Men’s Hour to decorating cupcakes and enjoying an Autumn wordsearch together, there’s been no shortage of smiles. 🧁🍂

We also celebrated Halloween with chocolate-coated apples, spooky games, and treats galore. 🎃🍫 And let’s not forget the quiet joy of a resident completing a jigsaw puzzle. 🧩
