🌻What a lovely week we’ve had at BLOOM so far!

🌳We enjoyed a nice walk together, then came back for some warm soup and good company.

🚯We also took part in a Tameside litter pick to help keep our local community clean and tidy — well done, team!

And to top it all off, we celebrated Karen’s birthday this week too. Wishing lovely Karen a very happy birthday from all of us at BLOOM! 🎉💚

🌻Last week at BLOOM, we had a lovely time together enjoying a nice walk, planting some beautiful spring flowers, and making the most of being outdoors.

💚It was a great week with lots of smiles, fresh air, and a lovely sense of togetherness — a great time had by all! 🌸🌿🚶‍♀️☀️

🌱 Volunteer Opportunity – Nature Buddies 🌱

We are looking for a volunteer to support LEAP’s popular Dads and Children’s project – Nature Buddies at Meadow Lane Allotment, Dukinfield.

🕘 Saturdays | 9.00am – 12.30pm

This rewarding role involves supporting the session lead with:
• Setting up activities on the allotment
• Welcoming families and helping everyone feel comfortable
• Making drinks and helping during the session (10–12)
• Lending a hand where needed
• Tidying up and other light duties after the session

If you enjoy being outdoors, connecting with nature and supporting children and families, this could be the perfect volunteer role for you.

✅ DBS provided
✅ Travel expenses covered

This is also a great opportunity for anyone completing the Duke of Edinburgh Award, King’s Trust Award, or anyone looking for a meaningful volunteer role in the community.
