⭐Home Care Vacancies in Folkestone, Hythe, Hawkinge and Lympne ⭐

Papillon Home Care have had an influx of new clients and needs more amazing people to join our care team. We have lots of work to offer.

Our care calls start at 7am until 10pm and are split into rounds between these hours, from morning rounds supporting people with personal care and medication, lunch rounds providing meal preparation and domestic support, to evening rounds helping with dinner and bedtimes 💜

Whether you want part-time or full-time hours, we would love to hear from you. (Some hours are required every other weekend from all care staff.)

Our Pay rates start from £13.72ph inc holiday pay (weekend pay starts at £14ph), higher rates for NVQ3, weekly pay, paid mileage, £150 joining bonus, monthly prize draw and access to Blue Light discounts.

Immediate start for experienced carers with DBS on update services. Full training for those new to care. Drivers with own transport are essential.

If you are looking for work around childcare, studies or some extra income, this is the perfect job for you.

Our care rounds cover from 7am to 9pm, but are worked in smaller rounds covering these times. (Please note this is NOT a care home, we do NOT offer 8-12 hour shifts, this is community care).

Papillon Winter Care Package Appeal 2025 - We need your help! 💜

Every year, we witness the incredible unity and generosity of our staff and local community in response to our winter care package appeal, and we want this year to be the best yet!

For some of our clients, Christmas can be a lonely time. Some do not have friends or family nearby and may spend the holidays alone, with their carer being the only person they see. Every year, we want to spread some Christmas joy! 🎄

Your donations will make a significant difference in the lives of those who need them most. We will be collecting items for our winter care packages again this year, and we need your support, PLEASE!
