Good Care Month is all about celebrating the fantastic work that goes on within the Health and Social Care. This month shines a light on all the contribution, the success and personal triumphs which health and social care professionals have made over the past year and it is also a chance to be reflective and be grateful for all key persons who have done such a mind-blowing job especially over the COVID-19 pandemic.

Good Care Month is a great chance for everyone to start practicising good care in all aspects of life and that cannot be achieved unless you have good self-care.

So take care of yourself, enjoy the feeling of getting a partial tan with this weather, have some brunch with some friends, take pictures of food which you may or may not be judged for😆, have a solo karaoke party. Do what makes you happy, and see if your life changes in the next month!
