☯️Yin yoga is every Tuesday, this is an amazing practice which has so many benefits. 🏋️♀️From a sports perspective it's great for getting deep into the connective tissues, helping you to increase your range of movement and decrease the risk of injuries, especially if you're someone that doesn't stretch after a run. Wanting to achieve a deeper squat for example? Yin is perfect for you!
🧘♀️From a mind and body perspective, it helps you to feel incredibly calm, decreasing anxiety and stress, helping you to find that inner balance.
