🥳 Day 23 - Yesterday our administrator, Cassie opened door 23 that revealed it was the day of Balgowan's Annual Christmas Party! With fantastic music from Annie and amazing food from Chef Cathy and Hannah, everyone had an amazing time. A huge thank you to all the staff who worked so hard, not only yesterday, but every day of the year!

🌲Day 22- Thank you to our lovely Sue for opening door 22 yesterday revealing the singing, acting and dance talents of Eastry dance club, st Joseph's church and imagination theatre. It was fabulous, thank you!!

🎤 Day 20 - Thank you Audrey for opening door 20 to reveal a brand new entertainer to Balgowan, Mark Jones. Hopefully we will see him again in the new year!

🔔 Day 18 and 19 - Thank you to our lovely resident John for opening door 18 yesterday revealing an afternoon of entertainment by the Saltwood Bell Ringers, they were fab! Today door 19 was opened by our fabulous carer Urmila, this afternoon was Christmas Bingo!!

🧁 Day 16 - Double celebrations yesterday, our lovely residents Stephen celebrated his birthday and door 16 was opened by our beautiful Ted to reveal cake decorating! Thank you to Jenny and Fiona for providing the delicious cakes and for your time with helping the residents create their masterpieces! 😋

⛄️ Day 14 & 15 with some residents feeling a bit under the weather, it's been a quiet couple of days, but there were still games, flower arranging and some lovely body moisturisers for everyone!!

🎤🎶 Day 13 - What a great day! Door 13 revealed a trip out to the pantomime for some residents and for the others, they were entertained at home by Barry and his band 🥳

🎅 Day 11 & 12 - unfortunately we had to cancel the children from Hythebay on Thursday, so our lovely residents had a Christmas sing a long of their own. Yesterday we enjoyed the vocals from the children from Saltwood School and they all made our residents Christmas cards, which were really special ❤️
