The countdown to Christmas has begun , it's a great time to get started or restarted and get lots of tips and new food ideas , access to over 80 activity videos , podcasts and more . Early session 7 am & 9 am Thursday St John's Hall Hythe .

Can we just take a moment this morning to fully appreciate the awesome new book coming all members way very soon!

With some changes to the plan and language changes this new book is just evidence that Slimming World isn’t going anywhere and is as current now as it was 56 years ago!

The start of the summer holidays could be 6 weeks to make a change and lose a stone . The kids are welcome in group . I have 7 am if you need an early session . Support inside and outside of group . Ideas for days out and healthy eating and snacking for all the family . Pm for more details
