Big news!!!

Tomorrow I officially begin my supervisor training!!! 😬🥳
Earlier this year, I decided to add another string to my bow by supporting other therapists alongside my busy practice!

Supervision is an important part of what I do where I get the support I need both professionally and personally in running my business.
I am looking forward to combining everything I’ve learned from building my practice, my teaching background, and my psychology degree to now support others.

Don’t worry my client time will still be the same 😉 however my diary is getting quite full, so if you’re interested in some support, secure your spot sooner rather than later 🥰

A huge thank you to all the amazing therapists who’ve volunteered to be my guinea pigs, I am so grateful and I will be in touch asap with details after this weekend’s training 🥰

Another beautiful hypno baby has arrived! 🩷

🌟Immensely proud of this client today! In only 8 sessions (including initial consultation) they have improved how they feel by a huge amount! They went from feeling extremely overwhelmed, burnout and anxious to feeling amazing, sleeping well and energised again! 🤩👏

🌟I always remind clients when looking back to their first session, that their score was a genuine snapshot of how they felt that day and to recognise how far they’ve come!

🌟With Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, is it possible to turn your life around in a short space of time! It does take effort and determination, but you have my support and positive approach along the way!

⭐️Obviously I had to do this I had mega FOMO and was just curious 🤣🫣
So will use this to reintroduce myself ….

⭐️My name is Lyndsey Lock and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist supporting people 1:1 with their mental health using a combination of neuroscience, psychotherapy and relaxation.

⭐️I absolutely love my job! Seeing how clients transform into the best version of themselves is the most rewarding feeling and I am so grateful they choose me to support them along the way!

⭐️I specialise in anxiety and especially love working with high functioning anxiety, burnout and overwhelm.

I couldn’t hold the tears back with this client today 🥹their progress has been incredible and I was gifted these beautiful flowers as a thank you. They’re not finished with me yet and they don’t want to leave but today they felt particularly good and wanted to thank me 🥹🥰🩷
I feel honoured that my clients choose me to help them with their most personal struggles and to see the positives changes they make along the way is just amazing. I can’t help but feel so much happiness and emotion for them. I love my job 💗

I’m so happy to receive such a wonderful review, it really does mean a lot 🥰
This client was determined from the start to get to where they want to be and they absolutely smashed it! 🤩
A lot of my clients love to stay with me for monthly/bimonthly maintenance so I don’t often get many that ‘finish’ as such, which I also love that I build such lovely relationships with clients that they don’t want to leave 🥰 My door is always open for previous clients to return, if you would like to leave me a review, I would massively appreciate that 🥰
