PRIME BUSINESS SUITE AVAILABLE IN POPULAR BUSINESS HUB IN THE HIGH STREET OF IBSTOCK

Suite 6 has come available at the Ibstock business centre. The suite has access from the corridor within the building and from Grange Road. Dimensions 41.64 m2 Suite includes windows and radiators and wall points for electricity and internet access.
The suite is part of the Ibstock Business Centre and as such tenants have access to photocopying, scanning, laminating and binding at a reduced rate. The suite has 24-hour alarmed access. Common areas are cleaned weekly.
Reception area is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, however tenants have access to their suites 24/7. Parking spaces are not allocated and available on a first come, first park basis. Two free public parking areas are within walking distance. Tenant has access to a common area kitchen and tenants and clients have access to managed toilet facilities on the premises.
A heating surcharge is charged on the rental amount each month. Electricity is charged monthly as per usage on a separate meter. Optional secure access to the IBC Internet through LAN connection in the suite and access to a separate landline, if required.

A new bus service linking Hinckley and Coalville (including Ibstock) hits the road next month. Leicestershire County Council is running a one-year trial of the new route which will enable people to get to Coalville Memorial Square, Hinckley Crescent bus station, Market Bosworth, Newbold Verdon and more. The LC6 service will launch on Tuesday 26 August.

Linking up these two areas of the county will help people to get to school, the shops and to work.
