💟LET GO OF CONTROL, LET GO OF FEAR, FREE THE BODY, FREE THE MIND💟

Sometimes the creativity comes when surrendering to what is. As I surrender my.mind to my subconscious calling to my body, creating shapes and tune into that moment, the feeling of expansion and creation naturally flows.

The mind is often accustomed to think, analyse, and reason...generally during busy working times for 40 hours a week. Switching off gives the mind a rest, and practising yoga in a different way helps to develop creativity and improve brain function.

Connect with the body and let the mind be free. 😇

🙏💫GRATITUDE AT WORK FOR HEALING💫🙏

Many may say physical scars are just scars. As a Soft Tissue Rehabilitation Therapist, we tend to look at treating scars from a scientific point of view. But these also bury emotional scars too from the trauma.

The healing process does not change, but what is subjective is time.

Bruising around the eye normally takes 2-3 weeks, but through a combination of self care, good nutrients and high quality products - the time was only 9 days!

Thank you so much to my teacher Alice and the rest of my new colleagues, whom have worked tirelessly to help me through these difficult times...often where I would had to fight this alone, the support and help you have provided has been invaluable to my recovery. 🙏❤️

🍹TUMERIC GINGER & ORANGE DRINK🍹

What I love about tumeric is that it has so many health benefits including reducing inflammation, boost immune health, increase metabolism, improve cardio health (i was able to swim much more smoother and faster this morning), and just give that lovely glow to my energy levels.
