💟LET GO OF CONTROL, LET GO OF FEAR, FREE THE BODY, FREE THE MIND💟
Sometimes the creativity comes when surrendering to what is. As I surrender my.mind to my subconscious calling to my body, creating shapes and tune into that moment, the feeling of expansion and creation naturally flows.
The mind is often accustomed to think, analyse, and reason...generally during busy working times for 40 hours a week. Switching off gives the mind a rest, and practising yoga in a different way helps to develop creativity and improve brain function.
Connect with the body and let the mind be free. 😇
