So my approach to body movement is multi-layered and draws mainly from my love and experience of Yoga, Pilates and more recently (from 2014) Somatics. I am so passionate about sharing the extensive benefits of all 3 disciplines. My knowledge and skills are gained from over 15years teaching and thorough, high quality & ongoing training. In the last few years I've really understood that when you practise using correct techniques, mindfulness of breath and inner awareness, you can enjoy much more freedom and truly sense embodiment and union in your body-mind-breath-emotions and develop your practice to its full potential.
