When we first met our patient, the upper front teeth were competing for room; overlapping, rotated, and hard to keep clean. We mapped the case using an iTero 3D scan, planned each small movement, and then the Invisalign clear aligners did the quiet work while life carried on.

The arch now sits open and even, rotations are corrected, and contacts are neat. A slim fixed bonded retainer sits behind the front teeth to hold the result steady long-term; easier brushing, calmer gums, a bite that feels settled.
