I’m so super proud of my clients this week, only their 1st or 2nd session with me, this week, so basically not took a lot of work to help shift their energy and mindset…

Big wins 🏆 and light bulb 💡 moments for all 3 of them!!!!

They have gone from exhausted from their daily lives and not putting themselves first to,

Embracing the You First mindset,

✨ choosing to allow themselves to switch off at night and knit 🧶 for fun so they don’t stress themselves out before bed, with work, 🛏️ which would raise their cortisol levels and be difficult to sleep…

✨ they have started believing they are worth putting themselves first and have been allowing themselves guilt free time 🕰️ to read 📖 which also allows them to escape their mind and not get so overwhelmed.

✅ It’s so important to have tools to allow you not to stay in your head 24/7.

✨ one client is baking bread 🍞 and listening to Celion Dion right now giggling and excited for the future because her perspective has changed so much she now finally believes she can….

✨ they are recognising what environments and people are draining their energy and placing themselves into healthier ones

✨ their energy has completely shifted from low to motivated

And I could go on FOREVER with these three because WOW 😮 it’s just so lovely to hear because everyone deserves to put themselves first and prioritise their own needs!!

You should not be putting yourself last…

You should come first!!!!

Ask yourself this, what do I want today?

Not ❌ what should I be doing but what do I want…

So many women I talk 🗣️ to have low self worth, doubt themselves and put themselves down…

❌ I’m fat
❌ I’m ugly
❌ I have two chins
❌ I’m useless

(Yep what we say to ourselves is MEAN)

Women wonder why they’re not happy when they are constantly putting themselves down… draining their confidence and energy….

They play small and dim their light 💡 because shining means they’re exposed and people can finally see them…

Happiness isn’t going to come round and knock on the door 🚪 happiness grows from within, until they have awareness of what they are doing internally they can’t change it!!

It’s my job to shine ✨ a light on their negative beliefs and help them to see they are not serving them, they’re not allowing them to be happy, they are keeping them stuck and unhappy!! 😔

Changing your perspective changes your outcomes….

Want to feel better? ❤️‍🩹
Think better 💭

Want to build yourself up?

Treat yourself like your own best friend….

With compassion, kindness and love and support…

Watch the words you say about yourself, when they are negative ask yourself are they true?

Question 🙋‍♀️ them.

Reframe them.

Don’t believe what your mind tells you, train it to think better and your feel better….

You have this…. You can build your self esteem up and put yourself first!!!

Spend the next 24 hours listening to your words and see how you talk to yourself and change it…

Happiness comes from one step at a time you just have to take that step..

Sometimes you don’t always trust yourself

And Someone asked me today if I needed hand holding in business and I said no…

And it reminded me how far I have come..

I use to doubt myself, hold myself back, not take bold and brave steps to move forward and keep myself stuck,,,

The outcomes? Always stay safe, not grow and not be aligned to my purpose.,

The truth is, yes I was scared and still am but I now know what I’m destined for, I know my brain 🧠 is always going to put a alarm 🚨 on and warn me it’s not safe to step out of my comfort zone but I know it’s a false alarm, like a practice fire alarm and once I’m use to moving in the new places and doing the new things it will feel safe again..,

When you start learning to drive it’s scary?

Yes

But think of the freedom you get when you take that wheel 🛞

Life is a wheel 🛞 take that wheel and stir the car to your destination or your always be where you are ..

I didn’t always trust myself or believe in myself but I took that wheel anyway and gues what? I’m driving that car 🚗 to any destination I want now because I know it will be ok…

Because everything is ok when you BELIEVE in yourself ### 😘

It is so important how you start your day!!

It sets your state for the day…

If you’re allowing the stress and overwhelm from phones 📱, emails and news 📰 📺 to fill you up with negativity and anxiety it’s not going to set a calm state….. (this raises your cortisol levels)

If your snoozing 💤 your alarm ⏰ and telling yourself “I don’t want to face the day, I’m too tired to get up, I’ll get up soon” your filling your head with negative self-talk 🗣️

You need to wake up, have peace, slowly enter the day, and give yourself something calm or enjoyable….

If you have kids, wake yourself up first and have a coffee ☕️ in peace and gift 💝 yourself some time to wake.

Put on a meditation 🧘 and listen to, put on a positive morning podcast to build up your energy.

Setting your state doesn’t have to take a lot of time it can literally take 10/20 mins….

But filling your cup ☕️ up with stress and rushing around and snappy at the kids isn’t good for either of you…..

You get to work stressed and then you need to spend half the day trying to calm your nervous system back down….

My client S, was waking up snoozing continuously and getting to work stressed and in a low mood…. She never thought she could change her snoozing habit but she did…

She then noticed that her new mornnng routine was effecting everyoen at work too she was happier and the positivity was having a ripple effect on her colleagues and they were more positive…

No rushing in the mornings meant she could have a coffee ☕️ in peace…

Sometimes it’s the simple of things that can impact our energy levels and are happiness.

What one thing do you think you can stop today so you feel more energised and happier?
