Pilates will build your body's core strength, improve your posture and so much more. Through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises, Pilates will elongate, increase flexibility and agility to restore your body balance. Bev is Comprehensively trained and is qualified in Injury and Pathology rehabilitation, pre and post natal, exercise referral, Scoliosis, Lower Back Pain.

My last class was yesterday.

Thank you to every single person who stepped foot into @53! From the day I picked up the keys till the day I posted them back through the door, it’s been an amazing journey of growth and discovery for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you to everyone who expressed good wishes, bought/made cards and gifts. Your thoughtfulness has brought me to tears on more than one occasion.

We are entering the last week of teaching classes in person, which finishes @53 on the 24th. I hope to see as many of you as possible next week 🥰.

One to ones will continue until the 31st July at the Tattoo Parlour. I have availability if anyone would like an equipment session 😍

Once I’m sorted in France, I will be able to offer Zoom to UK. I’m so excited to finally have that confirmed. I know not everyone will want Zoom - you’d be more than welcome to visit the French studio of course.😉
