The Woolacombe surgery will be closed from 1PM on Wednesday 29th October due to staff illness, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. This will be Wednesday afternoon only. The Ilfracombe surgery will be open as usual, for anything urgent please call us.

Mondays are our busiest day for phone calls, which can lead to long wait times. To help us manage urgent medical needs more effectively, we kindly ask that you only call on a Monday if your issue is medically urgent.

If your enquiry is routine or non-urgent, such as appointment booking, test results, or general queries, please consider calling later in the week when phone lines are quieter, or alternatively use our online request platform.

Your support helps us ensure patients with the most urgent needs can get through quickly.

We have a Flu and COVID vaccination clinic tomorrow, Saturday 18th October, at Ilfracombe Medical Centre.

Please be aware that the car park and road outside of the surgery is likely to be very busy.

Also, for those that have an appointment booked, please note that COVID-19 vaccination eligibility has changed for this year and as a result, you may only be eligible for the flu vaccine. These changes are part of a Government directive, and we are unable to provide vaccines outside these guidelines.
