We’re looking for a new Patient Services Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.

About the role:
As a Patient Services Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our patients and wider practice team. This is a patient-facing role in a busy environment, ideal for someone who is organised, calm under pressure, and enjoys helping others.

Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting patients with enquiries in person and over the phone
• Managing appointments and patient requests
• Carrying out general administrative duties
• Working closely with the wider practice team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

We’re looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is organised, reliable, and a strong team player
Can work well in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role is desirable, but not essential
