We're an inclusive gym located at Mullacott Industrial Estate, Ilfracombe, North Devon EX43 8PL. Enjoy 24/7 access with a fob, or visit during manned hours:

Monday to Friday: 6am to 1pm and 5pm to 7pm

Saturday & Sunday: 9am to 1.30pm

✨✨Product Spotlight - Per4m Cream of Rice✨✨

We are pleased to offer 2kg tubs of Per4m Cream of Rice in cinnamon donut flavour and chocolate brownie batter flavour. These can be purchased for £20 during manned hours at the gym.

Per4m describe their Cream of Rice as "a great, complex carbohydrate source full of benefits to aid your fitness goals. Every scoop can be easily mixed with hot water and made into a smooth rice porridge, which is easy to digest, gluten free and plant based."

To prepare, simply add 30g of the Cream of Rice to 150-200mls of hot or cold water until you achieve your desired consistency.

Did you know that our Watson DS Seated Dual Cable machine is fitted with a micro adjuster system?

This system gives great adjustment between the weight plate stacks, especially when you are training small muscles like rear delts 💪

Image 2 shows the weight without the micro adjusters.
Image 3 shows the micro adjusters in the home position
Image 4 shows both micro adjusters fitted on top of the weights, however, you can fit just one if you choose!

Why not try it out in your next workout! 💪
