Sound Therapy Sound can be used to entrain the brain in optimum healing, works on the chakra system addresses any imbalances in mind body and spirit.

Sound can be used in groups and in private treatments. The benefits you can get from using sound are many. People who suffer from depression, anxiety, chronic fateuge acute stress, physical pain, other deeper issues and holding patterns can have sound treatments to re address the balance of their blue print and work to shed any unwanted baggage that is no longer needed

There are two treatments you can choose from. Mantra, which is a treatment used with just the voice. It gives you a range of mantras specifically given to meet yours needs, these are established from a discussion and a chakra scan. The second type is given with Himalayan bowls, voice, crystal bowls and grounding tools. The instruments are used in the same way in that they are used to your personal needs at the time and established in the same way. You may find you respond more to the voice or to the bowls so you can choose which you have depending on what works best for you. If you have not tried either then it is a matter of trying one of both to find out which one suits you.
