I wanted to contribute to raising awareness about the amazing and brave people getting aid to Gaza. And express a massive thank you to all those involved.

Freedom Flotilla and many others are setting sail, 44 countries have worked together, to break the blockade.

Seeing people from this many countries come together gives me enormous hope for humanity, especially when fascism and race crime and misogyny is on the rise.

We honestly can’t be complicit. Silence is not only harmful but it sets a precedent.

I don’t think I’m one for outdoor yoga, on sand in 32 degree heat. But I gave it my sweaty best!

Ah beautiful Tuscany…

Btw, yoga works. By the end I could smell everything so much more clearly - the trees, the sand, and unfortunately the dog 💩

Photo thanks to kid who’s joining our road trip for 10 days ❤️❤️❤️

And we’re off, again…! We left Devon on the 1st July (forever - sorry my beautiful Devon friends!) and began a long journey exploring Europe for the next 3 months, and perhaps beyond.

Leaving home, again, and packing and our selling everything is hard. Another European tour to explore where we may like to set up home, but we’re focusing on slow travelling for now - the dogs, kids and in the car we go!

I’ve a vague path in sight but happy to play it by ear, I’m booking accommodation the night before, and we’ll stop where we please. I’ve a tent for me and the girls and dogs to keep things exciting - they’re not nearly as thrilled as me about this. So far it’s been a hotel an apartment and a few nights camping in the Swiss mountains, camping on lake orta and now cinque terre - all wonderful!

So long UK! The country is letting its people down in many ways and for us it’s time to leave. I love London and even the British countryside, despite the appalling attitudes of some that we experienced in Devon, but the UK does not take care of it’s people and I’m very happy to have a break.

But as this isn’t very yoga, although it sort of is, I’ll move my journey over to a personal new account to keep things private. If you know me and would like to follow along, join me at for updates on our adventures ###

Some of my latest day trips have been wonderful, we’re slowly getting ready for the move - the next adventure, so I’ve been making the most of where we are now, seeing as the weather has been glorious.

A bit of time in London seeing my Ma, and enjoying the Devonshire landscape too, it’s been bliss.

I’ve planned packing, so we’re practically ready 🤣

Thanks for taking ALL the plants - I feel our house is half empty already 💚🌵🪻

The next full moon session in June is open for booking.

Folks mentioned their energy was all over the place in the run up to the last full moon, so this event really helped to settle you down and switch off. It was a gorgeous group that loved the yoga but also had a good laugh too.

It’s not uncommon to feel more sensitive around this time, and even be prone to being more clumsy - probably due to tiredness and mind fog. Yin helps the body go into deep release, helping the mind to follow suit.

Held at in Braunton
6:30-8:30pm £20

Join me for this event on the next full moon 🌕

In Yin Yoga, we focus on the deep connective tissues of the body - ligaments, joints, bones, and fascia networks. A typical Yin class features a series of passive floor poses held for 2 to 6 minutes, allowing for deep stretching and relaxation.

This practice enhances energy flow and promotes the circulation of chi in the organs, while also providing significant mental and emotional benefits. If you’re craving energy or feeling overstimulated, this is the perfect practice for you.

In a Yin Yoga class, the calming vibrations of Tibetan chakra gong bowls enhance relaxation and deepen the meditative experience, helping participants connect more fully with their bodies and breath.

A little time in Corfu - where the sunrises glow, the walls whisper stories, and even the donkeys are on island time.

A ‘working’ trip... Let’s just say I’m getting to know the special corners of this magical place and falling a bit more in love with it each time.
