TEAM CHARLIE TAKE THE CROWN! 🏆🏅

Well done to team Charlie who managed to win our team building competition during our National Pool Lifeguard Qualification!

As well as making the course fun and interactive, we are able to build and improve our candidates teamwork, communication, and technical knowledge ready for their roles as pool lifeguards.

What an end to a fantastic week! 🌟

Yesterday, 22 candidates absolutely smashed their Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification course at Trent College, HMC Independent School!! We had an incredible week with our lovely candidates and it was an absolute pleasure to get to know you all. We was so proud watching them sail through their assessment and we received amazing feedback from our lovely assessors!! 🏅

Thank you for an enjoyable course and good luck with your future careers!! ❤️

We also had a full circle moment as one of our assessors was an NPLQ candidate with us FIVE years ago!!

We’re a little late uploading this as it’s been a hectic week and weekend but we are so proud of our 11 candidates who passed their Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification at Nottingham High School last Friday.

An intense, 5 days of training with our FANTASTIC trainer, Alex, who has also managed to maintain his 100% pass rate! The assessment was an absolute pleasure to watch and they did us and them proud!

We’re half way through our 2nd and final course this week, and looking forward to seeing our candidates develop and thrive!

Well, it’s been a very busy week for us!

We’ve had two trainers out delivering courses: a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification with Alex and a Swimming Pool Emergency Rescue Award course with Adam!

As well as two of our trainers, Stacey and Áine, have taken part in the Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK Internal Quality Assurance course.

Assessment day tomorrow for our lovely NPLQ candidates and then a short break before our final NPLQ of the year, starting next week.

CPD for Adam today as he is completing the 2nd day of the Resuscitation Council UK eALS course. As a Paramedic, Adam is an ALS provider for pre-hospital care but CPD and refreshing skills is always beneficial.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending last Friday with this lovely team who completed their Aquatic Therapy Pool Rescue Award LIGHT.

Well done on achieving your qualification!

What a fantastic weekend we have had delivering our 2nd Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK Level 3 Outdoor First Aid course at Spring Lakes Water Sports! 🥾🌳

Not only was every candidate on this course a TA, we had TWO NTA’s so we definitely felt the pressure. 😬

We had a lovely weekend, and it was great to catch up with the NTA that trained both Adam and Stacey over 10 years ago! ❤️

We had lots of laughs, some excellent professional discussions and feedback which we will reflect on to improve our courses moving forward.

NEW VENUE ! WE’RE EXPANDING !

After a successful meeting with Anna and Mick last week at Field Head Farm Staffordshire, we’re excited to be able to offer both our Open Water Lifeguard and Outdoor First Aid qualifications at this beautiful facility!

Our first OWL course is already planned for July 2026 and we’re in the process of planning our first Outdoor First Aid qualification within the West Midlands.
