We’re excited to share the menu for our NOURISH Winter Day Retreat this Sunday at our beautiful Chapel in Ilkley.
All the food is carefully planned and created by Zana to support your yoga practice and healing journey.

Expect all things nourishing… delicious, warming and healthy food and sweet treats to accompany the deeply healing and restorative yoga and meditation practices we have planned.

NEW * Express Lunchtime Flow 45 Mins (Non-Heated)

We’re excited to introduce our new 45-minute Express Lunchtime Flow, every Wednesday and Friday at our Leeds studio!
It’s our first non-heated class, perfect for anyone who’s been curious about joining us but doesn’t want to break a sweat in their lunch break! 💦

Come move, breathe, and leave feeling recharged—no need to worry about getting sweaty before heading back to your day. We look forward to welcome you to this new offering starting tomorrow 12pm with Faustine ✨

We’re excited to announce some exciting tweaks to our schedule on Wednesdays, including bringing Inferno Hot Pilates to our Leeds studio, (yay!) some new 45min non-heated lunchtime classes for those on their lunch-break and bringing more yin to Ilkley!

Thanks for all your feedback and suggestions helping us shape the schedule to give you more of the things you love 🙏🏻

We will trial these changes for 6 weeks; if you love them keep booking these classes to make them permanent changes!

Get cosy with us this Bonfire Night and join us for a gorgeous candlelit practice..

Both studios 6pm OHY will be a silent candlelit practice; enjoy the atmospheric experience of the 26&2 without dialogue, just tuning into each other and the amazing energy of the practice.
The flow classes later that evening will also be candlelit, and there will be some homemade bakes and lots of tea to enjoy after too 🥰

Our flagship studio; I will never tire of your beauty and the way the light, dappled by the trees surrounding the chapel, floods into the studio in the most spectacular way. Just stepping inside makes me feel so peaceful.

Yoga studio community 💫

Last week we heard about the huge loss to Leeds yoga community in loosing both Yoga Hero and Yoga Kula VQ within the space of a week.. it kind of hit hard and we know that there will be a lot of lost yogis and teachers out there, it’s an awful feeling to loose your yoga studio.. we know! 😥

Yoga community in a yoga studio is so special. We share the most healing moments of our yoga journey with each other, we grow together, we let ourselves be truly seen by our fellow yogis and that is a special thing.

To our friends at Yoga Hero and YKVQ, we’re so sorry and we’re here if you need anything or if we can help at all.

And I guess it’s a decent moment to say, hey, support your local studios, it’s hard out here and we need our regular members so that we can exist and keep doing what we’re doing and sharing in-studio classes.
In a world that’s going ‘online’.. let’s try to keep yoga in the studios and in person because that’s where connection and community is and my god, we need that!
