I was lucky enough to be teaching Crystal Chakra Balancing to the lovely Lisa today. She did really well! Thanks to Jane and Karen, our models, who reported being super chilled after their treatments, with some energy shifts too. Congratulations Lisa! x

Another day, another lovely student on the Crystal Chakra Balancing course!

This is such a nice treatment to do and to receive. It simply involves dowsing each chakra and using crystals to help balance it, possibly adding one or two extra layouts for specific needs, and the client relaxing with the crystals for up to 20 minutes, doing their own chakra balancing and healing. We have had 4 models this week who all report a real sense of relaxation and unusual calm, and one has just let me know that "all the colours of the plants and trees seemed much more vibrant" following her treatment.

I've been lucky enough to train this fabulous mum/daughter duo in Shoden (Reiki 1) over the past week. They are such a great team, and have both really embraced Reiki. Well done Alison and Imogen,, congratulations to you both! xx
