Our staff are selected for their maturity and professional qualities and are qualified to a minimum NVQ level 2. We are committed to maintaining a happy, motivated and highly trained workforce with key skills, understanding and competence.

We aim to provide continuity in our homecare provision by ensuring that care worker and client relationships can be forged through trust and reliability.

Dignicare is managed and run by Gizelle Armstrong who is a former Registered Nurse with over 30 years’ experience in the care sector.
