Ladies In Waiting continues to be proud sponsors of the Award winning ‘Sing Together’, led by Janet Austin and Jan Millard, who meet once a month at the Clarke Foley Centre in Ilkley, offering support through singing and social interaction for individuals with Dementia and their significant others. Ladies In Waiting is recognised within our area for providing tailored visits with a local mature-minded team. Our clients have designated team members who visit them on the same days, week in week out, and always on time, with whom they are able to develop genuine and meaningful relationships.

COMPANIONS – LADIES IN WAITING, ILKLEY - Rated as OUTSTANDING for our care/companionship by CQC
We are looking for an applicant to cover Burley, Menston and Guiseley area, we require part-time (10-15 hours) Carers/Companions to join our team delivering care and companionship to private clients.
Our ladies are renowned for their understanding and empathy and develop a genuine rapport with their clients.
Flexible hours to cover morning, afternoons, teatimes and alternate weekends.
All visits are a minimum of an hour and you will have your own regular clients so can develop genuinely meaningful relationships.
Some light personal care elements may be involved and experience in care of the elderly is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Use of a car is essential.
