We are currently recruiting for weekend community care workers due to an imminent retirement
Full time or two part time staff
Bank staff hours available
•7:30-11:00
• 11:45-14:30
• 15:00-18:00
• 18:30-21:30
We care for service users to help them live as independently in their own homes in Otley and surrounding areas
We are looking for caring,enthusiastic hardworking staff to join our team
What we are looking for:
• a genuine desire to work with vulnerable adults
• car driver essential and use of a car
We can offer you:
• paid travel time
• full induction training
• paid shadowing support from experienced staff
• paid update training to ensure you continue to develop your skills and knowledge
• NEST based pension scheme
Experience preferred but not essential as we provide excellent training
We are a small friendly team and have a good rating from CQC
