Firstly, I want to say how grateful I am for all of my lovely clients, your support truly means the world! 💕

Just a gentle reminder that last-minute cancellations can have a big impact on a small business. This week alone, I’ve had £140 worth of cancellations.

Please try to give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to change your appointment. My cancellation policy is 50% of the treatment cost for less than 24 hours’ notice, and the full amount for same-day cancellations.
