We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Counter Assistant to join our busy pharmacy team.

Hours:
Approximately 20 hours per week, ideally 2:30pm – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

About the Role:
As a Counter Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and helping with day-to-day pharmacy tasks.

What we’re looking for:
• Friendly and approachable manner
• Enthusiastic and reliable
• Good communication skills
• Flexible to help cover annual leave and sickness when required
• Ability to work as part of a team

Experience:
No previous pharmacy experience is necessary — full training will be provided.

Tomorrow we are launching a new AskMyGP form for medication requests, making it easier for you to get in touch with us regarding your medication.

This service will be available for queries, including:

> Requests for medication changes following a hospital letter
> Issues with your pharmacy processing your prescription
> Medication synchronisation
> General questions regarding your medication

We aim to respond to all your enquiries within 48 working hours. The form will be open from 9:30am until 5pm.
