You’re not even thinking about food, but then you spot some chocolate, and think you’ll just have a square...then, minutes later you’re looking at an empty wrapper and wondering what just happened. Whether it’s chocolate, cheese or Chardonnay for you, you’ll find tried-and-tested tools and strategies to manage cravings in a healthy way at my Slimming World group.

Like all Consultants, I’ve been trained to guide members to find a way to enjoy their favourite foods without feeling guilty or putting their weight loss goals at risk, and you’ll meet other members with great tips to share from overcoming their own struggles. Though no foods are off limits, with Slimming World you’ll find your eating habits change and you’re naturally craving less of the foods that can jeopardise your health and weight goals.

Slimming World can support you to have a healthy gut 🤗! And here’s how:
🍅 encouraging plenty of fibre-rich foods – fruit and veg with skins on, beans, brown rice and pasta.

🧅 lots of prebiotic-containing Free Food, like bananas and onions which help feed our gut bacteria.

🥒 gherkins, sauerkraut and kimchi are good sources of probiotics (‘friendly’ bacteria) and are Free!
