🌿 Come along on Tuesday to Langbank Village Hall
🌿 at 9.30 am and experience the Trigger Point Release method - 🌿 it’s a lovely way to ease tension and reset your body.

Myofascial release focuses on the connective tissue (fascia) that surrounds and supports muscles. We apply slow, gentle, sustained pressure to soften and release tension in the fascial layers using your own bodyweight and props such as foam rollers, stimulating balls, bands, and soft balls.

Myofascial release techniques help loosen the connective tissue web that surrounds everything in the body - muscles, organs, nerves, and blood vessels.
When fascia is tight, it can restrict movement and create pain patterns.

For all abilities, ages, and body types

🎗️ March is Endometriosis Awareness Month.
Its aim is to raise awareness of this condition, which affects around 10% of women.

Diagnosis is often challenging due to the limited number of endometriosis specialists and the widespread societal belief that painful periods are “normal.”
Patents are often unseen and misdiagnosed by the healthcare system.

I’m having a flare‑up.
Today I woke up at 4am because the pain and 🩸🩸🩸 heavy bleeding were so intense. I couldn’t get back to sleep, I took a hot bath and stayed in for about an hour and a half, and I’ve taken extra painkillers.

I was lucky this time - the combination of two painkillers reduced the pain, and I managed to get some sleep before my first class. My symptoms are overwhelming:
💥 During a flare-up - Severe pelvic pain, pressure, cramps, pain in the groin, nerve pain running down my leg, painful foot/toes, heavy bleeding, nausea, diarrhoea, fatigue, sometimes bleeding gums..
⭐️ Outside of a flare‑up: hip pain, reduced range of motion, and occasional intermenstrual bleeding and groin pain.

🌸 My aim with this post is to bring more visibility to endometriosis, to honour those who are living with it every day, and to remind others that their pain deserves to be taken seriously. 🌸

I know many of you are managing other chronic conditions - such as various types of cancer, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s disease, different kinds of spinal injuries etc.
- and I deeply admire your strength, your resilience, and the way you keep showing up for yourselves.

Thank you for moving with me, in whatever way your body allows.
