✨ SELF-LOVE CHALLENGE ✨
DAY THREE
LET IT GO, LET IT GO, LET IT GO
Today is a release, a reset, a reclamation of your power.
Self-love isn’t just adding practices, it’s removing everything that keeps you from YOU-R-SELF.
TODAY WE LET GO OF:
❌ Blaming - yourself, others and the past
❌ Complaining - choosing the problem over the solution
❌ Shaming - the cruel inner critic that was never your voice
❌ Negativity - the thoughts that drain your energy
❌ Negative self-talk - the stories that aren’t true
❌ Becoming your trauma - you are not what happened to you
❌ People who don’t serve your highest good
❌ Bad relationships - the ones that shrink you, distract you or break your spirit
❌ Roles you outgrew
❌ Versions of yourself that were built for survival, not living
You are NOT your past, you are your becoming.
YOUR DAY THREE PRACTICE
1️⃣ Say it firmly, clearly and with conviction:
“I LET GO.”
Let the words vibrate through your whole body.
2️⃣ Write down what you’re releasing today:
• old habits
• old identities
• old connections
• old thoughts
• old patterns
• old wounds
Anything heavy, anything draining, anything done.
3️⃣ Release it.
Tear it up, burn it safely or simply cross it out.
Let the universe, let It go.
4️⃣ Take 3 deep, slow 528 breaths.
In through the nose for 5
Hold for 2
Out through the mouth for 8
Feel the space you’re creating inside yourself and LET IT GO on your exhale.
5️⃣ Somatic release
Shake your body.
Drop your shoulders.
Loosen your jaw.
✨ REMEMBER
Letting go isn’t losing.
Letting go is choosing YOU-R-SELF.
Letting go is freedom.
Letting go is LOVE.
