We are a family run business. With expansive knowledge and skills in mental health, health & wellbeing. We offer Counselling, Reiki & nutrition support.

Equilibrium in Life is a business that offers support in Mental Health & Wellbeing. All services can be accessed individually or if preferred as a combination. All our services are provided from a local base in Ingleby Barwick and surrounding area. Client confidentiality is what we are recognised for. We are registered with governing bodies which provides confidence of a high standard of practice. There is an opportunity for our services to outreach into organisations & charities, supporting work life and personal balance.

Counselling service

Counselling is a talking therapy that encourages individuals to talk about their thoughts, emotions and behaviour. This involves a therapist listening to you and helping you find ways to deal with any difficult life experiences and emotional issues. This therapeutic service we offer aims to help people who may be suffering from mental health challenges such as; anxiety, depression, low mood an self-esteem to physical health problems. With the aim to help you understand your feelings and behaviour better, talking therapy allows you to talk about things which are troubling you and explore feelings and thought processes.
