One of our amazing coaches, and one of our biggest inspirations inside ALM.

Lisa joined ALM as a member in 2018, and her own health & fitness journey sparked something inside her…

🌟 A passion to help people feel exactly what she felt.

So she made the leap and trained as a personal trainer.

She’s gone from being a member to ALM coach.

We love supporting her still as a member - and seeing the constant progress she’s making…

But we love even more watching her confidence grow, watching her step into coaching with heart, kindness and love, and supporting her into the coach she is today…

When people first reach out to us, we hear all the time…

And honestly. That’s exactly why ALM exists.

❤️ Meet Sue – rediscovering her strength and confidence with ALM 🖤

When Sue first joined ALM nine months ago, her balance was poor, her energy levels were low, and everyday aches and pains made her feel like she was “getting old before her time.”

After a holiday where even walking downhill left her sore and exhausted, she knew it was time to make a change. ❤️🖤

Fast forward to today - Sue’s two stone lighter, full of energy, stronger, more balanced, and absolutely loving life again. 💪

She’s gone from nervous and unsure to being one of the friendliest, most uplifting faces in our community - the one who welcomes new members, keeps everyone smiling, and even brings in fresh produce from the farm! 🥕🌾

One of the things we pride ourselves on at ALM is having an awesome team. We’ve just added to that…

❤️🖤 Everyone, meet Jack! ❤️🖤

Jack’s actually been with us since July, but now that he’s been through our full induction process (and passed with flying colours), it’s time we gave him the official ALM welcome he deserves!

Jack’s already had a long career in coaching, starting out as a football coach, but he made the decision to shift paths because he wanted to make a bigger impact - Helping people transform not just their fitness, but their confidence, mindset, and lives.

We knew straight away he’d be something special, and already it shows.

In such a short space of time, he’s made an incredible impact: on our members, on the team, and on ALM as a whole.

He’s already helping people feel their best, inside and out.

Jack’s been open that he’s faced his own health & fitness challenges in previous years and overcome personal struggles, so he knows first-hand what it feels like to build confidence again…

….this is why he connects so deeply with what we do here at ALM - real people, real change, and a community that feels like home.

When you ask Jack what he loves most about coaching, he’ll tell you:

“Watching someone go from unsure, seeing those early nerves fade away, their confidence grow, and that ripple effect then flow into real life.”

Members have said that Jack’s slotted straight in, that it feels like he’s been part of ALM for ages.

After treatment for cancer, Sandra wanted to rebuild her strength, confidence, and energy.

Each one has been part of our community for over 10 years - showing up, supporting others, and continuing to grow right alongside ALM itself.

They are the heart of who we are - a reminder that strength, resilience, and connection don’t come from age or ability, but from consistency, courage, and care.

Some of these ladies are in their 70s and 80s and are in outstanding physical and mental shape…

A true testament to what’s possible when you keep moving, keep showing up, and keep believing in yourself.

They inspire every single person in our community…

How often do we put ourselves last?

Life gets busy, and somewhere along the way, we stop.

We all do it, without even realising, and it takes its toll.

We stay to feel tired, flat and disconnected from the person we used to be!

That’s exactly what Julie changed.

She started taking that time she needed and decided to focus on her health, nutrition and fitness.

We helped by coaching and guiding her through exactly what she needed to do to start feeling better.

No guesswork, no overwhelm, we simplified everything so she had to do was show up and trust the process.

And now?

Offering a fun, friendly environment to help you reach your goals.

We run 6 week and 28 day transformation programmes where you can lose up to 18lbs in 6 weeks and drop a dress/jeans size or two!

Join a community of like minded people, all there to support each other on their fitness journey. We pride ourselves on having a non-judgmental, fun, friendly environment, with the support and guidance to help you every step of the way.

We offer nutrition advice, no crazy FAD diets - just focusing on incorporating all the essential macronutrients to follow a healthy lifestyle - and guess what... You can still get results by going out at the weekend or having a glass of wine or two in the week! All sessions are held at Inkberrow village hall. Sessions include: Transformation Training - focusing on fat loss, strength training and toning also Fitness Pilates and Steady Circuits (low impact). Take a look at our website for our timetable!
