Stress and Pain Relief

Fully qualified therapist with 20 years experience. Treatments available on a mobile basis in the Scottish Borders. Following a BSc Pharmacology/Pharmacy Degree with extensive study of Anatomy and Physiology, I also studied Complementary medicines in order to incorporate a more Holistic approach, taking into consideration mind and body. I went on to study Herbal Medicine, Allergy Testing using Kinesiology and Reiki. I later also qualified and obtained Diplomas in Therapeutic and Remedial Massage and Clinical Aromatherapy (IE: Blending Essential Oils specific to a client's needs using their medicinal and therapeutic properties for the client's physical and psychological well being). With over 20 years experience, I have found a passion in using a combination of these techniques and practices, including Touch Energy Healing and Reiki in order to enable you to feel better than you have ever felt before. My Back Neck Shoulder Massage Treatments last a full hour rather than the standard 25 mins, and Full Body Massage Treatments 1 1/2hrs rather than the standard 50 mins. Reiki and Touch Energy Healing Treatments last 1hr. All Treatments include a Well Being Consultation. I also have a keen interest in Osteopathy, Health and Well being, Nutrition and Homeopathy since teenage hood, and together with my Pharmaceutical background I am able to guide you with Health and Well being advice if required.
