Cheryl Chidrawi Pilates Hello and welcome to Cheryl Chidrawi Pilates. Located in Instow and Bideford, North Devon, I offer a range of Pilates classes to suit all abilities.

Qualifications:
- Pilates Foundation qualified
- Reps Level 3
- Future Fit Level 3

Pilates classes are great for people who want to build up their core strength, avoid or recover from injury, improve their posture and balance and gain a greater mind/body awareness! Working in Bideford and Instow, I offer mixed ability, over 50s, beginners, intermediate and advanced classes. Call for help and advice on which class is the most suitable for you.
