🌿 Join Our First Positiveness Walk of 2025! 🌿

We’re so excited to launch our Positiveness Walks in and around the beautiful Highlands!

Our first walk will take place on Saturday, November 29th, with sessions at 10am and 1pm. Meeting at the Ness Deli, we will pick up a hot drink to go.

We’ll be walking around the cover, a stunning path, the perfect setting to relax, recharge, and connect with nature.

Each walk is free to join, and we’re keeping the groups small (up to 12 people) to make it a calm and friendly experience.

Expect to be guided through some simple ways to develop positive thinking, reduce stress and increase overall health and wellbeing. All this in good company, and a moment of stillness in one of our local beautiful spots.

We will be finishing up at the Drum Farm Gallery, Gift Shop, where they are having a Christmas Fair between 11-3pm, so please pop in and support another local business!

🌿 Exciting News! Wellness Walks Launching in the Highlands 🌿

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our Wellness Walks in and around the beautiful Highlands!

Our first walk of 2025 will take place on Saturday, November 29th, with sessions at 10am and 1pm.Meet at the Deli to grab a cuppa to go and a quick chat before we set off. We will Finish at the Gallery for a chance for retail therapy!

Each walk is completely free and open to up to 12 participants, a wonderful opportunity to enjoy gentle movement, fresh air, and the stunning Highland scenery in a small, friendly group.
As we walk you will be guided through some simple ways to develop positive thinking, reduce stress and increase overall health and wellbeing.

We’re hoping to make these a regular weekly event, but for now, we’re starting with a few free trial sessions to gauge interest and see how people enjoy them.

Come and join us for a refreshing experience that’s all about wellbeing, connection, and nature. The route will be around the cover, and the walk will last around 2 hours.
