Catwalk for a Cause was an absolutely fantastic evening, organised so beautifully by Alison Macritchie at The Head Gardener. Everything ran seamlessly and the atmosphere was just incredible, such a special event supporting a truly meaningful cause.
A huge well done to everyone involved 👏👏

This is for anyone who wants to have more spark, feel less stiff, and be confident in their shape again.

-1 x physiotherapy session to assess where you are starting from and guide your training.

-1 x full‑body massage to help you recover, reduce tension, and relax your mind and body.

-16 x home-based PT sessions (2 per week) so you don’t have to face a busy gym if you don’t want to.
