Regular foam rolling helps:

Tip: Maintain good sitting posture at home or office.
🎯 Tip: Maintain good sitting posture whether you're working from home or at the office!
Sitting for long periods can take a toll on your body — but with a few small adjustments, you can protect your spine, boost your energy, and stay focused throughout the day.
💺 Good posture keeps your spine aligned, reduces tension in your neck and shoulders, improves circulation, and even helps with breathing. On the other hand, slouching or leaning forward for hours can lead to back pain, fatigue, and long-term discomfort.
✨ Quick posture checklist:
Sit with your back straight and shoulders relaxed but not slouched.

Keep your feet flat on the floor (or use a footrest if needed).

Adjust your chair so your knees are at a 90° angle.

Position your screen at eye level to avoid leaning forward.

Take short stretch breaks every 30–60 minutes.
