~ Backstory ~

Flashback to the 90’s – An old soul found her way to earth once again and began a journey of commitment to make a difference to the world around her – From a young age she had great empathy for others and had a great bond with all life around her, human, animal and nature alike – She was the peacekeeper amongst friends even in her earliest years, looking out for the underdog in all areas of life – She was fascinated by the night’s sky and looked longingly to the stars, always believing in something more

During her school years, Roshina never found herself fitting in, through personal experiences of loss, bullying, health difficulties and hardship throughout life, her heart did not turn cold, instead it seemed to grow, and with it, her passion and purpose to support others to reach their best and heal from their past blossomed

2011 Roshina first appeared in the public eye offering readings to online communities within the UK and further afield, with a client base slowly growing to reach other continents, going on from this to teach spiritual development and lead an open circle alongside 1:1 readings in Greater London

Through the 2010s Roshina’s base moved to the Scottish Highlands, closer to her familial and spiritual roots where what she has to offer only continues to grow – She began to use her intuitive and empathetic gifts, alongside life experience to help others find their way, shed their darkness and progress in life

Flash forward to the present day, marking the 10 year anniversary of Roshina’s presence to the public, Roshina Readings has evolved in to what we now know as Renovate Yourself, with Roshina – The home of your personal growth

The Green Lady of Eden Court.

For those of you coming to Eden Court tonight, please be sure to look out for the Green Lady.

The "Green Lady of Eden Court" is believed to be the ghost of a bishop's wife who allegedly hanged herself in the old part of the building when it was known as Bishop's Palace, home to the bishop of the cathedral. This ghost has been seen by staff in both the palace and the modern theatre, often at the top of a stairway or in mirrors, and other paranormal activity, such as footsteps and disembodied voices, has also been reported in the building.

During our visit to the theatre as guests of Horror Con in 2024, a member of staff showed us to the top of the basement stairs and told us that the staff would switch the lights off in the basement at the end of the day, only to hear them click back on as they ascended the stairs. As he told us this story, a heavy fire door behind us opened and closed, which was witnessed by some of the team and heard by us all. We quickly made our way to the door, but there was no one on the other side.

'Puffin Parliament' is a private commission and boasts (so far) the most number of birds I've painted and applied. I used a grinder to smooth off any broken edges and then painted features like grass and crags following the slate's natural layers and patterns, so no two pieces are the same. I'll be at North Kessock community hall this Saturday November 1st from 10:30-12:30 with a range of hand made tiles like this one. I hope to see some of you there! (-:

Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is a sequence of medically accepted joint movements and muscle stretches to bring the body back into balance, often helping to alleviate a range of health issues and increasing energy levels.
KCR works throughout the whole body and during a session you will be moving between sitting, lying on your front, back and both sides. For your appointment you wear comfortable clothes and stretchy trousers such as leggings.
