My name is Megan and I am a fully qualified, experienced and insured baby massage instructor and complementary therapist. I am also mummy to 2 gorgeous little boys; Joseph and Harris. My massage groups provide friendly, relaxed and non-judgemental support for parents, caregivers and babies. You will learn tools and techniques to create a deep connection with your baby and to help them settle and soothe when they are distressed. My classes run in the Balloch and Culloden areas of Inverness and are suitable for babies 8 weeks to crawling. Hello to all! After an extended break due to a pesky lockdown; a pregnancy and 1 gorgeous little baby boy later...I am ready to start my Peace Baby Massage classes again! 🤩 💙

I missed out on a lot during pregnancy and the first few months with my little lockdown baby. It is so important to socialise for baby and parents' emotional health and well being. I run small, relaxed, supportive, friendly groups and would love to welcome some new babies along🥰

The first session focuses on massage for the tootsies legs, feet and toes. We do gentle strokes for relaxation, promoting strength, circulation and growth and reflexology aids baby's digestive system and sinuses.
