I help you reconnect with nature & mindful living. Holistic remedies, baby tips, DIYs, gardening, dōTERRA EO & handcrafted botanical oils. I have been working in the Heath & Care sector for 3 years in the UK. Firstly, I started as a Support Worker and as a Mental Health Nurse Assistant. Finally, I got my diploma recognised by HCPC as a Physiotherapist and I have started my journey as a Physio now in the UK. I have always liked to treat my patients with a Holistic approach, most importantly, improving physical performance without neglecting to treat our sometimes... or always complicated minds. I feel rewarded when I can help people with their pain management and I strongly believe in the power of the plants & aromatherapy. My aim is to inspire everyone to be more mindful with the use of aromatherapy, crystal healing & manual therapy. Every health condition is co-related to an emotion, trauma or behavioural patterns. It makes total sense to treat mind & body together. Keep that in mind while using my homemade naturally infused oils. Make everyday count with more quality of life!!!

🍹Did a Baby SCOBY Show Up in Your Second Fermentation?

Don’t worry, it’s totally normal! 😉

When you add juice, fruit or herbs and let your kombucha ferment a second time, a new baby SCOBY can naturally form on top. It’s just the healthy bacteria and yeast doing their thing.

You can leave it, remove it or even save it to grow into a full SCOBY later.
So if you see a little jelly disc floating around… your kombucha is just alive & thriving! 🫧

👉 Have you ever found a baby SCOBY in your F2? Tell me in the comments!

🍛 Strogonoff with a twist

Creamy, flavour-packed & so easy… Here’s how I make my favourite strogonoff at home. I use tomato passata instead of tomato juice for a richer flavour & a touch of ginger to make it extra warming + aromatic + healthy 🤤

Did you know strogonoff originally comes from Russia, but Brazilians made it iconic in their own delicious way? 🇷🇺➡️🇧🇷
And of course… it’s perfect served with Brazilian rice! I’ve linked my rice tutorial reel too! 🍚✨

🌊 UNDERWATER READINESS STARTS AT HOME

Since Noah was a month old, we’ve used the same little routine:
“Noah, ready? Go.”
Then a gentle pour across the face, three times.

All those bath-time reps are paying off as today he went underwater for a couple of seconds, calm, coordinated & trusting the process.
Tiny steps, big confidence. 🤍💦

Comment with a 💧 if you think Noah did amazing! ☺️

Some mums think giving formula is an easy way to “take a break.” But here’s the truth: formula cannot replace the living nutrients, antibodies & perfectly balanced nutrition in breastmilk. 🍼❌

Every feed of breastmilk is unique to your baby, adapting as they grow & supporting their immunity and development in ways formula simply can’t.

Yes, feeding can be exhausting, but giving up breastmilk for convenience comes at a cost your baby cannot get back. Your body already knows exactly what your baby needs. 🌿💛

Infant formula is made from processed cow’s milk (or sometimes soy), with added vegetable oils, sugars, stabilizers, and vitamins to mimic breastmilk. Even with all this, it cannot provide the immune protection, live cells, or perfectly balanced nutrition that your body naturally makes. 🍼🤯

Because it’s harder to digest, formula can also increase the chances of reflux, tummy discomfort, constipation & even skin allergies; especially in sensitive babies. Incorrectly prepared formula, with too much powder or not enough water, can make it even more difficult to digest and lead to dehydration or hard stools. Breastmilk, on the other hand, contains natural enzymes, antibodies + live compounds that support smooth digestion, protect your baby’s gut & evolve perfectly with their needs. 🌿✨

Formula is safe when truly needed, but it’s not the same & every feed of breastmilk gives your baby living, evolving nourishment designed just for them. 💛

33 weeks of progress 💪

All our hard work on postural alignment is paying off as Noah is sitting tall, rotating, reaching & balancing like a pro! 🙌
We continue to focus on strengthening his core and limbs to prepare for crawling. He’s so close, especially when the cat’s tail is the motivation 😅

Every wobble, every fall, every push forward is part of building strength, confidence & body awareness. 💚
Close supervision is the key!!!

👇 Save this for inspiration when your baby starts sitting & exploring balance!

💧”ni**le confusion” & milk supply 💧

I keep seeing so many mums who want to breastfeed but start worrying they “don’t have enough milk.” The truth is: most of the time, the problem isn’t low supply… it’s misinformation.

🤱 Newborns are meant to feed constantly, especially overnight. That’s how your milk supply is established and maintained. Frequent feeding = more milk production.

🍼 When bottles are introduced too early (before 6 weeks) your baby’s latch and sucking pattern can change. This can cause ni**le confusion, and your breasts get less stimulation, leading to less milk over time. Sometimes, babies even start to prefer the bottle and refuse the breast altogether, as milk from a bottle flows faster and requires less effort to suck.

💧 Your breastmilk is perfectly designed for your baby: it’s alive with antibodies, enzymes, and nutrients that protect, nourish, and adapt to your baby’s needs at every feed. Formula can make them feel full, but it can’t provide the same immune protection or dynamic nutrition that breastmilk offers.

💡 Remember:

• Pump output doesn’t reflect your true supply as pumps are less efficient than your baby.
• Staying hydrated and eating well helps, but the real key is frequent feeding and skin-to-skin contact.
• Cluster feeding, fussy evenings, and constant feeds are normal signs of your body working to meet your baby’s needs.

Trust your body and your baby. You’re doing amazing, mama. 💛

💡 Remember: Patience is the key and the priority is to feed, feed, and feed. REPEAT! Your baby knows when to feed so trust their cues and give milk whenever your baby wants.

✨ Save this post for when you need a little reminder, and share it with another new mum who’s doubting her supply. She needs to hear this too. 💕
