2026 is shaping up to be an exciting year for the team at Highland Security Ltd!

We already have bookings confirmed across Ullapool, Moray, and Inverness, with the return of valued clients like Inver90s, as well as some great new partnerships. On top of that, we’ve once again been invited to support a major security company at a large-scale event—making it five years in a row. A great reflection of the team’s hard work and professionalism.

We’re currently looking to expand our team. If you hold a valid SIA licence (Security Officer, Door Supervisor, or Close Protection) and are interested in working at high-profile events with competitive pay, we’d love to hear from you.

Polite Notice

Under licensing law, licensed premises (venues that sell alcohol for consumption on the premises) are permitted to implement admission policies to promote the safety and security of customers and staff.

Where a venue employs security personnel, individuals may be asked to consent to a search of their person and/or any bags as a condition of entry. This forms part of the venue’s admission policy.

Venue management and authorised staff have the legal right to refuse entry to any person who declines to comply with these conditions of entry.

These measures are implemented to support responsible venue management and public safety. Additionally, many venues are strengthening their security procedures as the forthcoming Martyn’s Law (Premises Protect Duty) approaches implementation.

We respectfully ask all patrons to cooperate with venue staff and security personnel, who are carrying out their duties in accordance with licensing requirements and venue policy.

Door Supervisor Duties

• Conduct ID checks & manage venue entry
• Enforce rules & manage guest behaviour
• Monitor alcohol consumption & licensing compliance
• Prevent and de-escalate conflicts
• Patrol inside/outside premises & maintain safety
• Keep accurate incident logs
• Provide a visible, professional presence

Other Security Roles: Event Security Officers, Venue & Site Security – ensuring safety at events and venues across the Highlands.

Requirements

Tonight Highland Security Ltd had the privilege of providing security services for An Evening with legendary manager Alex McLeish, joined by Rangers legend and Hall of Fame inductee John ‘Bomber’ Brown.

Despite the request coming in at the last minute, our team was proud to step in and ensure the event ran safely and smoothly for everyone attending.

Both legends were more than pleased with the service provided and even took the time to grab a photo with the security team at the end of the evening — a great way to round off a fantastic event.

A brilliant night filled with football stories and memories with two true Rangers greats. ⚽
