We also offer within our space- classes, Chinese therapies, massages, infra red sauna, facials & more.

Private holistic chef service available. clean, plant-based meals with no added sugar, gluten, animal products or additives. Order for the day, batch & freeze, or grab and go.

Lasagnas, soups, curries, Buddha bowls, Thai noodles, toasties, protein balls, cold-pressed juices, immune & gut shots.

Holistic shop in-house for beautiful wellness gifts.

The kitchen and lounge at Willow and Blue offers healing, nourishing plant based food and drinks in a calm environment.

Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 8am to 1pm.

Private holistic chef service available if you are busy, on the go, and want healthy meals prepared for you. All food is clean plant based with no added sugar, gluten, animal products, additives or preservatives. Meals are naturally rich in protein, fibre, essential fats, clean carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins.

Order for the day, batch buy and freeze, or grab and go for breakfast or lunch.

Please send a WhatsApp message to 07917877378 to order. A few hours notice is appreciated for meals. For bulk orders, please message the day before.

Drinks are available for walk in. Seating can be booked via WhatsApp.

Menu includes lasagnas, soups, curries, Buddha bowls, Thai noodle bowls, toasties, protein balls, cold pressed juices, and immune and gut shots (viewable on WhatsApp catalogue).

We also have a holistic shop which is wonderful for gifting and wellness products.
