RECEPTIONIST VACANCY

We are looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic individual to join our small team.

Key responsibilities include:
• Greeting clients
• Checking in and out appointments
• Booking appointments
• Handling telephone, email and in person enquiries
• Filing records
• Taking payments and cash handling
• Light cleaning

Desired skills:
• Excellent communication skills
• Great customer service
• Strong IT skills
• Have the ability to work without supervision and prioritise workload
• Be able to multi-task in a busy environment

Full training will be provided.
Hours: Varied but will include evening/weekends

Good luck to everyone taking part in the Inverness 1/2 marathon this weekend. It’s been great to see your hard work and journey in the clinic for final preparations this week and know you will all smash your targets.

My kit is all packed and I’m looking forward to be at the massage tent tomorrow and hope to hear how you have all got on.

We would like to give thanks to all of our amazing clients for supporting us throughout the year. We love what we do and thank you for continuing to trust us with your care.

There have been many highlights for us this year - from receiving the 'best team' award at the Scottish Business Awards, growing the Sports Injury Clinic, welcoming new faces to the team, offering new and improved treatments, providing event massage at various events, but our biggest highlight will always be helping you feel better and assisting you to achieve your goals.

Behind the scenes, this year also saw Meg join Lorna as co-owner of the clinic. This marks an exciting new chapter and they are both thrilled to be working alongside each other as partners.

The final clean of the year is underway before we lock the door for the last time in 2024. Merry Christmas everyone, we are buzzing to see you in 2025!!!
