What a day to finish up for my holidays. I had the honour and pleasure to teach and award two lovely students with their Diploma in Deep Tissue Massage/Advanced Techniques. A massive congratulations to Katie Morris and Leanne Urquhart. Your clients are in good hands 🙏🙏🙏 🎉🎉🎉

A little heads up. I finish up on 14th November for just over a month. I am already planning my diary for the first few months of 2026. ( yes it will be here soon 🤣) I already have a list from students noting their interest in which courses they wish to attend. I will be offering spaces first to those on my list before I advertise on my website
If you want added to the list just DM me. Also if anyone is looking for massage/face/foot oils or herbal
Compresses, let me know asap so I can have them ready. I will be making them up all on the one day this week coming 😃🧙🏼‍♂️🎃

I had the pleasure today of teaching Reflexology to two lovely ladies. Jacqueline from Cava-Body Piercing in Dingwall and Elinoa who had come all the way from Israel , not knowing where Inverness was in Scotland but felt called to come to the Highlands for training ! Congratulations ladies 🎉🎉🎉

จันทรุปราคา คือปรากฏการณ์ที่ดวงอาทิตย์ โลก และดวงจันทร์โคจรมาอยู่ในแนวระนาบเดียวกัน โดยมีโลกอยู่ตรงกลางระหว่างดวงอาทิตย์กับดวงจันทร์ เกิดขึ้นเฉพาะในวันพระจันทร์เต็มดวง ในเชิงพลังงาน ดวงจันทร์เป็นตัวแทนของ (จิตใต้สำนึกและความรู้สึก) ฉะนั้นการเกิดจันทรุปราคาเหมือนจักรวาลฉาย “สิ่งที่เราไม่อยากเห็น ไม่อยากมอง” ออกมาราวกับกำลังจะบอกเราว่า ถึงเวลาต้องเผชิญกับสิ่งที่ไม่อยากมองแล้ว

เหมือนกับเราได้มองเรื่องราวต่างๆ ผ่านหน้าต่างแห่งความจริง ทั้งบาดแผลเก่า ความสัมพันธ์ที่ค้างคา และรูปแบบซ้ำ ๆ ของชีวิต (patterns) ที่ยังวนเวียนอยู่

อีกเรื่องที่ไม่ควรมองข้าม คือเรื่องราวแห่งความอึดอัด ลำบากใจ ทำให้ไม่สบายตัวที่เกิดมาก่อนหน้าพระจันทร์เต็มดวง เปรียบเสมือนเงาที่โผล่ขึ้นมาช่วงจันทรุปราคา บางเรื่องอาจเกี่ยวข้องกับ วงจรกรรม (Karmic Cycle) หรือบทเรียนที่เรายังไม่ได้ปลดล็อก/เรียนรู้หรือยอมรับโดยไม่มีเงื่อนไข ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเรื่องความสัมพันธ์(กับตัวเองและผู้อื่น) ความมั่นใจ การให้อภัย(ตัวเองและผู้อื่น )
โอกาสนี้ เป็นช่วงเวลาทอง ของการละวงจรนี้ ซึ่งจะว่าง่ายก็ง่าย จะว่ายากก็ยาก พูดง่ายๆ คือ ต้องมีการ เรียนรู้ – ยอมรับ – ปล่อยวาง” ทำให้วงจรเดิม ๆ ค่อย ๆ คลี่คลาย หรือปิดรอบของวงจรกรรมไปได้อีก 1 รอบ

โดยปกติแล้ว ขั้นตอนของ การทำฮีลลิ่งในคืนพระจันทร์ เต็มดวง/ ตัดวงจรกรรม จะเกิดขึ้นตามธรรมชาติอยู่แล้ว แต่ก็มีกิจกรรม หรือ ritual ที่สามารถทำได้ เช่น

🌚 ทำสมาธิกับเรื่องราวที่ต้องการจะให้จบลงในรอบวงจรนี้ ของเดือน 9 ปี 9
🌚 เขียน ความรู้สึก กับเรื่องราวนั้น ทั้งความรู้สึกและบทเรียนที่ได้ เขียนขอบคุณ
🌚 ถือกระดาษไว้ในมืออีกสักครู่ บางท่านอาจจะรับรู้ถึง พลังงาน ในกระดาษ ที่มาจาก ความรู้สึกอึดอัด ขัดข้องเดิม หรือจากพลังการแห่งการขอบคุณ แค่รับรู้ ตามดู
🌚และเมื่อพร้อม ฉีกหรือเผาทำลายกระดาษแผ่นนั้นไป ลองสัมผัสถึงความรู้สึก ที่ได้ว่ารู้สึกอย่างไร
🌕ทุกขั้นตอนมีความสำคัญ ขอให้ทำด้วยสมาธิ
🌕ตั้งมั่นในเหตุ ปล่อยวางในผล เสมอ

✨ จันทรุปราคา ไม่ใช่แค่ปรากฏการณ์บนท้องฟ้า แต่คือโอกาสแห่งการกลับมา คืนดีกับตัวเอง อย่างไม่มีเงื่อนไข ปลดปล่อยพันธนาการจากอดีต ปิดบทเรียนหรือเรื่องราวเก่าๆและก้าวเข้าสู่วงจรใหม่ด้วยหัวใจที่บริสุทธิ์และเบาสบายกว่าเดิม 🌕🌕🌕
