I love a delivery so I do! Feels like Christmas here most weeks 🤣

A couple of new additions to our drum collection here at Soul2Sole. You can't hear the deep earthy resonance on the phone , the sound is distorted ( most probably because I played too close to the phone and also the sound was probably bouncing off the shelving) sooo you'll just need to take my word for it 😆 but by gawwwd they sound amazing 😍

Now I've just to find space for these 🤣🤣

• A drum and/ or percussion Instrument IF you have but don't worry if you don't because we have 10 drums and a few rattles, shakers, jingly sticks, and koshi chimes to borrow on the night

• Bottle of water / juice as you may be thirsty whilst we are drumming

• An item to place in the Altar in the centre of our circle to absorb the energy and magic of the evening ✨ A precious item, one that holds special meaning - for example a photo of someone special to you in spirit or otherwise, an item of importance

Energy exchange: £22 per person ( Booking is essential)

Literally up with the birds this morning 🌄 sadly out a little too late to see the sunrise but still appreciating the beautiful warm glowing sun 🌞

I feel this vision holds powerful meaning and highlights the importance of drumming.

The white light representing the light that emanates and expands outward, changing the frequency and vibration of everything that it comes in contact with. The orange glow, like the glow from to sun; vibrant, energising, powerful. Charging us up, vitalising everything within its path. That to me holds a massive significance and awareness of how drumming can influence our life force in a massively positive way. Not only for us but for all living things and the planet itself 🧡

So yeah, pick up your drum, drum on your chest, drum with your hands, pick up sticks in the forest, drum on the trees, or better still, come to our womens drum circle and drum with a community of sisters and feel the power we generate together 🔴
