I cannot tell you how much work it has taken to record and share the five beautiful and inspiring conversations. But I am so proud every moment of it.

It takes a BIG amount of courage for me to put every offering, every workshop, everything out into the world ~ it has always been against that backdrop of feeling unwanted and that they're going to fail. Even though this has eased off a lot - every person that responds to what I do matters to me.

Each speaker has so generously and genuinely shared their insights and experience.

Each conversation is truly a gift on its own. Together they are GOLDEN.

My heart wants MORE people to watch them. For the wisdom, gold and light to reach further.

Today I’ve been reflecting on all the different versions of myself — the smaller, younger selves who tried so hard to get it right, the wiser ones who began to trust, and the parts of me that are only now remembering how to rest into Source.

It feels so aligned that this week I recorded the final EWOK 2025 Dialogue with Shirley Shantel, because our conversation opened a doorway into exactly this: how we can move between dimensions of self and even dimensions of time — from the linear, everyday rhythm to the soul’s cyclical dance, the timeless now, and the vastness beyond.

As we step through Samhain, a time when the veils thin and we feel closer to our ancestors, I’ve also been sensing the many versions of my loved ones who’ve passed — who they were, who they are now, and who they continue to be in other layers of existence. It brings a deep peace and a feeling of coherence, knowing that time isn’t lost… it simply expands.

Shirley expresses this beautifully in her work and her new Light Rune Cards, each one a multidimensional key — a way of tuning into the subtle frequencies of light, time, and higher awareness.

I’m feeling a new confidence rising in me — one that comes not from striving, but from remembering.

I’ve been practising and teaching Yoga, breathwork and Somatic exploration for over a decade – and this book still brought me into a new state of physical openness and levity.
