Aileen, Cammy, Chris, Kieran and the extended family would like to express their heartfelt thanks for the many lovely cards, flowers and messages they received following the devastating loss of Arthur. Special thanks to Sean and his team at Craig & Beverly Funeral Directors for their professional and personal arrangements and for the care given to Arthur. A huge thank you to John McRuvie for his very fitting celebration of Arthur's life. Thank you to Kerry’s Katering for providing the most delicious tea and to Flowers by Fiona for the stunning floral tributes. Thanks also to all staff at Ward 106 and A&E at ARI and to all ambulance staff who attended to Arthur. Finally, thank you to everyone who paid their respects at Udny Green Kirk and at the graveside, your support was greatly appreciated and your generous donations, amounting to £650, will go to Ellon Round Table and Ellon Men's Shed.

Loved wife of the late Elrick, loving mother to James, William and the late Elrick, mother-in-law to Lisa, grandma to James and Thomas and great-grandma to Juliet. Private family interment. A memorial service will be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Bridge Road, Kemnay on Saturday, November 22 at 1pm, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Leslie, Kelly, Tracy and their families would like to express their heartfelt thanks for the many cards, flowers and messages of support received following the sad loss of Lorna. Special thanks to the Kemnay Community Nurses for going above and beyond in caring for Lorna. Thanks also to George and John at Craig & Beverly Funeral Directors for their professional work, to Irene and her team and to the Hopeville Social Club for the lovely teas. Our gratitude goes to Rev. Euan Glen for his comforting service and to Lorna for the beautiful flowers. Finally, thank you to everyone who paid their respects at the church and graveside and who so generously donated £2,000 which will be shared between the Kemnay Community Nurses and Kemnay Medical Group.

With very heavy hearts and great sadness, we announce the passing of Martin Thom, aged 52 years. Suddenly but peacefully, at Roxburghe House, Aberdeen, on Friday, November 7, 2025, after a very short illness so courageously fought, with loved ones by his side. Dearly loved and cherished son of Moira, much loved brother of Linda and brother-in-law of Brian, a proud uncle to Darryl and Max, a caring dad who deeply loved his children Jordan, Ellie, Madison, Sophie and Katie and a dearly loved nephew, cousin and friend. A devoted and respected employee of MKM. Martin will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service at Insch Parish Church on Friday, November 21 at 12 noon, thereafter to Rayne Cemetery.
