We are absolutely delighted to have been given a Highly Commended Award at the Trades Awards a couple of weeks ago🏆

A brilliant night celebrating alongside so many fantastic businesses, which made the recognition even more special. This acknowledgement is a real reflection of the hard work, dedication, and teamwork shown by everyone across the business.

We’re incredibly proud of our team and grateful to our clients and supporters who continue to put their trust in us every day. Thank you to the judges for the recognition — we’re excited to keep building, improving, and moving forward together.

🎄 ✨ MAS CHRISTMAS DONATIONS! ✨ 🎄

As the festive season approaches, we’re proud to share that we’ve made charity donations to Somebody Cares, Aberdeen North Foodbank, and AberNecessities.

This can be a particularly hard time of year for many families and supporting those in our community who need it most is more important than ever. These incredible local organisations provide vital help and kindness when it’s needed most, and we’re grateful to play a small part in supporting their work.

For Somebody Cares Aberdeen, Lesley & Shona donated 151 items of shopping.

For Aberdeenshire North Foodbank, Courtney donated 81.52kg of food.

For AberNecessities, Jay, Evan & Eilidh donated various items of clothing and toys for Christmas Eve boxes.

Thank you to each charity for everything you do, especially at this time of year.

🎯 From Heights to Highlights – A Round-Up from the Team at MAS 🎳🏆

It’s been a busy and rewarding few weeks for our team, filled with hard work, achievements, and a bit of well-earned fun along the way!

🧗‍♂️ We’ve successfully completed several challenging abseiling projects—from tight timelines to complex access points, our rope access team has delivered with precision and professionalism.

🎳 We also swapped our harnesses for bowling shoes and took some well-deserved downtime at our annual team bowling night—a great chance to relax, catch up outside of work, and celebrate everything we’ve achieved together.

Plenty more to come—but for now, a big thanks to the whole team for their continued effort and excellence!

Because this really is the whole point...

Last week, we welcomed a work experience student into the office—and today, we received the most thoughtful thank you card in return.

It was a reminder that beyond the emails, meetings, and deadlines, there’s something much bigger at play: creating a space where people feel welcome, encouraged, and inspired.

We don’t just open our doors to give someone a taste of the working world—we do it because we believe in growing the next generation, in showing young people that their ideas matter, and in building a company culture that invests in people, not just output.

This card means more than just a thank you. It’s a small but powerful sign that we’re doing something right.

And honestly—what could matter more than that?
