🌟 What a fantastic day volunteering at Banchory Primary School for Hello Yellow Day, dedicated to mental health awareness! 🌼💛

We had a blast doing breathing techniques, EFT tapping, and even laughing yoga! 😂 The children were amazing, so attentive and eager to participate. Their energy and enthusiasm truly made the day special.
